Christmas Eve Party 2009

This is the first year we are hosting Xmas Eve dinner in our rented house in P.Jaya. As with previous years, I ordered the roast turkey from EuroDeli, then I made my own cranberry sauce and stuffing, and a couple appetizers and sides. Something easy to put together and healthy ;) But before that, I gave my 16 guests some teaser...

spiced nuts... everyone loved it and couldnt get enough of them (I didnt give them many) lol

REAL cranberry sauce with a hint of brandy and chestnut & pancetta stuffing - really good!

When midnite falls, everyone exchanged presents and all the children started opening theirs..
