Kenko Diet Plum - part 1

I am such a slow coach. People have been taking/trying this Kenko Diet Plum since 2 yrs ago, and here I am in 2008, just only found out about it. It came by accident. I was blog surfing for food and recipes when I came upon Miss Cheesie's blog. What a pretty girl she is :) And thanks to her write-up on this that I came to know about the plums.

I, for one have been suffering from constipation since I was 10. Just couldnt understand how anyone can go poopoo everyday. The record breaking for not stinking the toilet was 10 days - when I was in Japan visiting a friend and it was winter. I guess the colder it is, the harder it will be. Because of this constipation problem I think that's why my complexion is bad to the max! Lots of pimples everywhere. Even at this age of 36! I believe I am getting more pimples now than when I was in my teenage years.

Anyway, so I got my Kenko plums from a supplier refered by Miss Cheesie (who delivered it to my front gate). I took 4 plums immediately. Mr. Supplier told me that it will take 4-8 hours for something to happen. I waited and waited but nothing happened in those hours. I was farting a lot though. hehe Oh and I was feeling so sleepy at one stage that I just couldnt open my eyes. 15 hours later, the next day, I experienced crams. Off I went to the toilet and out came the first pile of shit. The next one came again 2 hours later. I took 3 plums today hoping for more shit to appear the next day. Now as I am writing, I am starving! Am I allowed to eat or what? Im dying for a bowl of maggi mee assam laksa with lots of chilli padi!!!!!!!!

I will continue to take these plums until I finish them. One box has 30 plums. I bought 2 boxes. Will share it with hubby. He is one of those ppl who goes to poopoo every morning w/out fail. And he also has this habit of needing to poopoo whenever we are getting ready (walking out the door) to go somewhere. Real irritating one.
