Haha... it's my big day today. I am thankful for a wonderful husband and an adorable & well-behaved little sunny boy. I wish that we will always have good health, happiness, and stay united forever.

about the gelatine, i do not have much problem cos it dissolves as you stir. otherwise you can microwave for 5 secs or double boil it to melt it further. and if u use less gelatine it will result in a soft cake. try this next time ;-)
